Processing Time:

  • We strive to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of placement.
  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Once dispatched, our trusted delivery partners will take over.
  • Expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location within India.
  • Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs:

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may include a flat ₹50 shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Prepaid

To ensure secure and reliable delivery, Manuhaar follows a Partial Prepaid COD model.

Here’s how it works:

  • For all COD orders, customers must pay ₹99 upfront at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining balance is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Example:

  • If your order total is ₹699:
  • You pay ₹99 while placing the order
  • ₹600 is payable when the courier delivers your order

This helps us confirm genuine orders, reduce cancellations, and maintain our handmade quality promise.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship globally!
  • Delivery: 10–15 business days (location-dependent)
  • Charges: Calculated at checkout
  • Customs duties, if any, must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery on our website or the delivery partner’s website.

Address Matters

Please double-check your delivery address and contact info. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address
  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Important Notes:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
