Processing Time:

We strive to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of placement.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time:

Once dispatched, our trusted delivery partners will take over.

Expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location within India.

Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs:

FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999 may include a flat ₹50 shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Partial Prepaid

To ensure secure and reliable delivery, Manuhaar follows a Partial Prepaid COD model.

Here’s how it works:

For all COD orders, customers must pay ₹99 upfront at the time of placing the order.

The remaining balance is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Example:

If your order total is ₹699:

You pay ₹99 while placing the order

₹600 is payable when the courier delivers your order

This helps us confirm genuine orders, reduce cancellations, and maintain our handmade quality promise.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally!

Delivery: 10–15 business days (location-dependent)

Charges: Calculated at checkout

Customs duties, if any, must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery on our website or the delivery partner’s website.

Address Matters

Please double-check your delivery address and contact info. We cannot be held responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Return & Refund Policy

At Manuhaar, we take immense pride in creating handmade shirts inspired by Jaipur’s rich heritage. Each piece is crafted with love and care, and we want you to love it just as much. However, if something isn't right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a defective or damaged product.

You received the wrong item or size.

We do not accept returns for:

Minor variations in print, color, or stitching (due to the handcrafted nature).

Size issues if the correct size was ordered (please refer to our detailed size chart before purchase).

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact and in unworn/unwashed condition.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges:

For sizing issues (only one-time exchange allowed per order).

If the same design and size is in stock.

Subject to quality check upon receiving the original product.

Note: Exchanges may take 7–10 business days to process after receiving the return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Reason for return/exchange

Photos (if damaged/wrong product)

Please ensure to record an unboxing video when you receive your order and send it to us if you are initiating a return.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping address or pickup instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for defective or wrong products.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

Note: For size-related exchanges or voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
